You must not use Alto to break the laws of the State of Delaware in the USA.
You must read and agree to Alto’s privacy policy.
Alto reserves the right to close your account without clause.
You cannot use Alto if you reside and pay taxes in the State Sponsors of Terrorism. This includes Russian Federation, Belarus, Cuba, North Korea, Iran and Syria.
You cannot use Alto if you reside in the states supporting or ignoring the war in Ukraine. In addition to the states listed above this list also includes Serbia, Bolivia, Nicaragua.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alto from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of Alto.
For paid accounts Alto charges a fee in USD. Alto can close your account if your payment is late by more than 90 days. You can always cancel your subscription.
